Do I have to commit for a year?
No. Launch has a three-month minimum, Traction and Scale six months. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. The minimum exists because outbound needs roughly six weeks before the first meetings land. Anything shorter and neither of us gets a fair read.
What happens if you don't hit the guaranteed meetings?
The shortfall carries into the next month at no additional cost. We don't refund, because the work still happened, but you never pay twice for the same number.
How exactly is a qualified meeting defined?
A meeting that actually takes place, with a company matching the ICP we agreed together, and a decision-maker or influencer present. We put the criteria in writing before we start, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Can I start with just one module?
Yes. Market Readiness in particular is often taken alone. Plenty of teams come to us for the deck and the demo first, then add the Sales Engine once they have seen how we work.
Do you replace our sales team or work alongside it?
Either. On Launch we hand meetings to your founders. On Scale we own the cycle. Most Traction clients sit in between, with us running discovery and their team handling the technical demo.
Which markets and languages do you cover?
Czechia and Central Europe are home ground. We also work across Western Europe, Türkiye and the Middle East, and support US companies entering Europe. Outreach runs in English, Czech and Turkish.
How quickly can we start?
Kick-off within two weeks of signing. First meetings typically land in weeks five to seven, depending on how long domain warm-up takes.
Who actually does the work?
Named consultants from our team, introduced to you before you sign. On Scale you get a dedicated consultant, on Traction roughly half of one. No offshore handoff, no anonymous pool.
