Sales outsourcing companies differ on four things: how they price (per SDR, per meeting, or a fixed plan with a meeting guarantee), what they cover (channels, languages, markets, sales stages), what they report, and the total cost of a full contract. Published 2026 prices run from about USD 1,750 to 11,950 per SDR for each month or four-week period.
This guide is for founders and sales leaders at IT, software and SaaS companies who are building a shortlist. You get a map of the provider types, a table of prices that providers publish themselves (checked on 28 October 2026), a way to compare quotes built on different pricing models, the reporting you should ask for, and the warning signs that predict a bad fit. Every figure links to its source.
What types of sales outsourcing companies are there?
There are five main types, and they are not interchangeable. Each one stops at a different point in the sales process, so compare providers within one type first, then decide which type you need.
The biggest split is between companies that book meetings and companies that sell. An appointment-setting agency hands over a calendar slot. A full-cycle partner runs discovery, demos and proposals with you or for you. If you are not sure which one you need, our page on lead generation agency vs sales outsourcing explains where each one stops.
| Provider type | What they do | Usual pricing | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appointment-setting or SDR agency | Outbound email, LinkedIn and calls, books meetings | Monthly fee per SDR, or per meeting | Teams with their own closers |
| Full-cycle sales outsourcing | Meetings plus discovery, demos, proposals, closing | Monthly plan, sometimes with a success fee | Companies with no sales team yet |
| Lead data and list vendors | Contact lists and enrichment, no outreach | Per record or credits | Teams with SDRs but no data |
| AI SDR platforms | Software that writes and sends outreach | Subscription or credits | Teams that can run the tool themselves |
| Regional specialists | Outreach in local languages for one region | Retainer or fixed plan | Entering a new European market |
What do sales outsourcing companies charge in 2026?
Most providers charge a monthly fee per SDR or per plan, and published prices start at about USD 1,750 a month for one offshore SDR and reach USD 11,950 per four weeks for one dedicated US SDR with a support team. Many well-known providers publish no prices at all.
Across the market, Leadium's 2026 cost guide puts outsourced SDR programs at USD 3,000 to 14,000 a month, with pay-per-appointment prices of USD 150 to 300 for loosely qualified meetings, USD 300 to 500 for meetings that match your ideal customer profile and USD 800 to 1,500 for verified executive meetings. The table below shows what individual providers state on their own pricing pages.
| Provider | Published price (checked 28 Oct 2026) | Model and term |
|---|---|---|
| SalesRoads | USD 11,950 per 4 weeks for 1 SDR; USD 16,750 for 2 | Dedicated SDR plus support team; no long-term commitment |
| CIENCE | SDRs from USD 1,750 (offshore) or USD 3,500 (US and Europe) a month, plus USD 2,000 campaign team | Per SDR, setup fee, performance bonus; month to month |
| Belkins | No prices published | Monthly retainer, tiers by yearly appointments (30+, 100+, 200+) |
| IT SalesaaS (pricing) | EUR 1,750, 2,900 or 4,900 a month | Fixed plan with 5, 10 or 15 qualified meetings a month guaranteed; 6-month term |
Read these numbers with care. A price per SDR tells you what you pay for effort, not for results, and add-ons (setup fees, data, bonuses) can change the real monthly figure. For the pros and cons of each model, see sales outsourcing pricing models compared.
How do you compare quotes built on different pricing models?
Convert every quote into one number: the total cost of the full contract divided by the meetings that will actually take place in that period. Add the monthly fee times the term, every one-off cost, and any bonus or commission, then divide by the held meetings the provider will commit to in writing.
Here is a hypothetical comparison of three six-month quotes for the same target market. The numbers are made up to show the method; your quotes will differ.
| Quote | Fees over 6 months | One-off costs | Meetings held | Cost per held meeting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A: retainer per SDR | 4,000 x 6 = 24,000 | 3,000 setup | 40 (8 a month from month 2) | 675 |
| B: pay per meeting | 450 x 30 = 13,500 | 1,500 data and setup | 30 (6 a month from month 2) | 500 |
| C: base plus commission | 2,000 x 6 = 12,000 | 3,600 commission on 2 deals | 20 | 780 |
Quote B looks cheapest per meeting, but only if a meeting means the same thing in all three contracts. Ask each provider for its written definition: does the meeting have to take place, with a company that fits your profile, with a decision-maker present? A cheap meeting with the wrong person is the most expensive line on the sheet. We go deeper on this calculation in what B2B sales outsourcing really costs.
How do sales outsourcing companies differ on coverage?
Coverage means the channels, languages, markets and sales stages a provider actually works, and it is where quotes that look alike stop being alike. Check five points before you compare prices.
- Channels. Email only, or email plus LinkedIn, phone and events. More channels usually cost more and reach more buyers.
- Languages. A German or Czech buyer answers outreach in German or Czech far more readily than in English. Ask who writes and who speaks in each language.
- Markets and law. Cold email rules differ by country in Europe. A provider should know which countries need consent first; our guide on whether cold email is legal in Europe lists them.
- Sales stages. Meetings only, or discovery, demo, proposal and closing too. If nobody on your side can run a demo next month, a meetings-only contract will not help.
- Data and tools. Who supplies the contact data, who owns the sending domains and the CRM records when the contract ends.
What reporting should a sales outsourcing company give you?
Good providers report activity, results and learning on a fixed schedule, at least monthly and better every two weeks, with access to the raw records in your CRM. If a provider only sends a summary slide, you cannot check its numbers.
Ask for these items in the proposal, with the reporting frequency written into the contract.
| Report item | Why it matters | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts reached and messages sent, by channel | Shows the effort is real | Weekly or bi-weekly |
| Reply rate and positive reply rate | Shows whether the message and list work | Bi-weekly |
| Meetings booked, held and no-shows | The difference between booked and held is real money | Bi-weekly |
| Meetings by profile fit and role | Checks the meeting definition | Monthly |
| What was learned and what changes next | Turns outreach into market knowledge | Monthly |
Is a sales outsourcing company cheaper than hiring an in-house SDR?
Usually yes for the first year, because you skip hiring, ramp and turnover. Leadium puts a fully loaded in-house SDR at USD 140,000 to 160,000 per productive year, about USD 11,700 to 13,300 a month, which is above most published outsourcing prices.
The hidden cost is time and risk. The Bridge Group's 2025 SDR report, based on 351 B2B companies, found an average ramp of 3.0 months, average tenure of 1.9 years, median turnover of 40% and only 60% of SDRs at quota, with median on-target earnings of USD 80,000. So you pay for months before the first meeting and risk starting again within two years. Our outsourced SDR vs in-house SDR page has a calculator for your own numbers.
Outsourcing is common now. In Deloitte's 2024 Global Outsourcing Survey of more than 500 executives, 50% used outsourced services for front-office work such as sales, marketing and R&D.
What should you expect in the first 90 days?
Expect setup in the first two to four weeks, first meetings after that, and a stable meeting rate by the end of month three. A provider that promises full volume in week one is skipping the work that makes meetings convert.
- Weeks 1 to 2: ideal customer profile agreed in writing, target lists built, domains and sequences set up, messaging approved by you.
- Weeks 3 to 6: outreach live, first replies and first meetings, weekly fixes to list and message.
- Weeks 7 to 12: meeting volume near the committed level, first review of which meetings turned into pipeline, decision on channels and segments for months four to six.
What are the warning signs when choosing a provider?
Choosing badly is common. Forrester reported in December 2024 that 81% of B2B buyers are dissatisfied with the provider they chose, and 86% of purchases stall during the buying process. Since 83% of technology buyers shortlist three products or fewer (TrustRadius 2026), each name on your shortlist has to earn its place. Watch for these signs:
- No written definition of a qualified meeting, or one that counts booked rather than held meetings.
- No commitment of any kind, only activity numbers.
- Outreach in English only for non-English markets.
- You do not own the data, the domains or the CRM records after the contract.
- No access to raw reporting, only summaries.
- A price far below the market range with no clear reason.

Frequently asked questions
How much do sales outsourcing companies charge per month?
Published 2026 prices range from about USD 1,750 a month for one offshore SDR to USD 11,950 per four weeks for one dedicated US SDR with a support team. Leadium puts the overall market at USD 3,000 to 14,000 a month. Pay-per-meeting prices run from USD 150 to 1,500 per meeting depending on how strictly the meeting is qualified. Always add setup fees and bonuses before comparing.
Which is better: paying per SDR or paying per meeting?
Paying per SDR buys effort and gives the provider room to test and learn, but you carry the risk if meetings do not come. Paying per meeting moves that risk to the provider, which often pushes it toward easier, less valuable meetings. A fixed plan with a written meeting guarantee and a strict meeting definition sits between the two and is the easiest to compare.
How do I compare sales outsourcing companies fairly?
Send every provider the same brief and the same questions, then compare four things side by side: total contract cost divided by meetings held, coverage (channels, languages, markets, sales stages), reporting (what, how often, raw data access) and contract terms (term length, data ownership, what happens after a shortfall). Treat a vague answer as a no.
How long before a sales outsourcing company books the first meetings?
Most providers need two to four weeks for setup: profile, lists, domains and messaging. First meetings usually follow in the weeks after that, and a stable monthly rate takes about three months. At IT SalesaaS first meetings land in weeks 3 to 5. Be careful with any promise of full volume in the first week.
