Salesforce prices Agentforce Coworker at $50 per user and brings it to Microsoft Teams

Salesforce announced on 4 November 2026 a new option that prices Agentforce Coworker, its AI assistant for employees, at $50 per user per month. The same update connects Coworker to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and versions for Microsoft Teams, iOS and desktop are due this month.

What Salesforce announced

According to Salesforce's announcement, more than 185,000 users now work with Agentforce Coworker, and the company says usage grew 21 times in three months. Coworker takes a job from an employee, plans the steps, calls the right Agentforce agents and workflows, and returns results and suggested actions for review.

The new pricing option is $50 per user per month, and customers arrange it through their account executive. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections, Conversation History and reusable Skills are available now. Salesforce lists general availability in November 2026 for Microsoft Teams, the iOS app, desktop apps for Mac and Windows, an MCP server and a free trial for Flex Credits customers. Daily Digest and scheduled tasks are expected in December 2026.

The sales examples in the announcement are an at-risk renewal, where Coworker gathers service history and open cases and prepares a customer follow-up, and a deal review requested from a Teams chat. Usage limits inside the $50 price, minimum seat counts and euro pricing are not stated in the announcement. Salesforce adds that pricing may change and that availability may vary by region.

What it means for B2B sales teams

Salesforce presents the flat seat price as easier to budget, and it does let a sales leader put a number on a pilot. Twenty sellers would cost $1,000 a month at the announced price, before any contract terms.

The larger change for sellers is context. Email, calendars and files now sit next to CRM data, so a meeting brief can draw on more than the account record. That only helps when the CRM is accurate. The customer results in the announcement come from Salesforce and the customers it quotes, not from an independent test. An assistant prepares the work, and our comparison of AI sales agents vs human reps explains where a person still has to lead.

For teams selling in the EU, connecting mailboxes and calendars widens the personal data the assistant can read. Check data processing terms, retention settings and regional availability with Salesforce before switching it on.

What to do now

  • Ask your Salesforce account executive what the $50 covers, including usage limits, contract length and the price in your currency.
  • Pilot one job, such as renewal risk reviews, with a small group and compare preparation time before and after.
  • Turn your best rep's playbook into a Skill only after the steps are agreed; if the process is not yet defined, begin with sales strategy development.
